Great location, near Palais Garnier, multiple metro stations, Place Vendome and Galleries Lafayette. Beds were very comfortable, rooms and bathroom tidy and clean. We had an issue with noise from a construction site and when we told the hotel staff they could not have been more helpful, really lovely to deal with, moved our room as soon as they could, and offered complimentary breakfast. They also found out it was my birthday on the day we were woken by the noise and offered complimentary champagne. For something they can’t control, they really did everything to help. We were even offered a refund if we had wanted to cancel our remaining nights, but chose to stay and move rooms instead.

Everything. Cozy, close to everything,. walk to the center of Paris. Excellent location. Excellent Staff. Everybody was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. I have traveled to many places and stayed in hotels but this hotel was not big like the Hilton and Hyatt but I felt like being with my family. Really. Even the Taxi driver through the hotel was amazing. Now, Sabrine, Alexander, and everyone at the Front desk reception day and night shift, the housekeepers and the kitchen Staff were excellent.

We arrived 2 hours before the check in time, but given our ages 75+ the gentleman on reception gave us a coffee , and after only 45 mins. Informed us our room was ready, and also gave us an upgrade. We had a big well lit room. also it's good to have a comfortable reception with plenty of room to sit. Breakfast was on the whole good but for me I was a bit disappointed on the mornings when the scrambled egg dish was empty. But really Very Good Our Thanks

This hotel is very cozy and ideal to return to after a day of sightseeing. Beds and pillows are really comfortable and the housekeeping is maintained to a very high standard. Located off the main road on a quieter street gives guests a quiet night’s sleep. The room decor includes beautiful French fabrics to give the guest an authentic Parisienne experience while including all modern conveniences. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

The location very near to Galleries la Fayette and walking distance to many branded shops and restaurants. Reception were so accommodating. The room is good for two adults only. As usual Paris rooms are small but our room has a vintage design. I love it! I always stayed in this hotel because its nearby to where we want to go. The staff were great and very accommodating to any request. This is my place to go when in Paris.
